The purpose this study was examine jurisprudential principles especially those deemed relevant coronavirus pandemic. Materials methods: This seeks descriptive-analytical method uses library resources discuss during COVID-19 Pandemic according Shia viewpoint. Conclusion: relies including responsibility, avoiding self-harm, preeminence religious law, predominance public interest over personal interests, justice, prioritization prevention cure, observance divine limits.
